Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the translation services provided by Albanian English Translation, operated under ERLINNN LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.
Our Services
We provide certified Albanian to English and English to Albanian document translation services. All translations are reviewed and notarized by a licensed New York State Notary Public and are accepted by USCIS, federal and state courts, and other government agencies.
Services are provided at the following tiers:
- Standard — 5 to 7 business days at $75 per page
- Express — 2 to 3 business days at $120 per page
- Priority — 24 hours at $175 per page
Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full before work begins. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting an order you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
One page is defined as approximately 250 words of source text or one standard document page. If your document exceeds the estimated page count, we will contact you before proceeding with any additional charges.
Document Submission
You are responsible for submitting clear, legible documents. We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, and DOCX formats up to 20 MB per file. We reserve the right to request a higher quality version of your document if the submitted file is not legible enough for accurate translation.
By submitting a document you confirm that you have the legal right to share it with us for translation purposes.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes begin from the time payment is confirmed. Timeframes are business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. While we make every effort to meet stated delivery times, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of these terms.
Translations are delivered as signed PDF files to the email address provided at checkout.
Accuracy and Corrections
We are committed to providing accurate, high-quality translations. If you believe there is a verified error in your translation, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@albanianenglishtranslation.com and we will correct it at no additional charge.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from illegible source documents or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Confidentiality
We treat all submitted documents with strict confidentiality. Documents are not shared with any third parties outside of the translation and notarization process. All files are permanently deleted from our systems 30 days after delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays in immigration or legal proceedings.
We strongly recommend clients verify acceptance requirements with the relevant agency or institution before submitting translated documents.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the translated document we deliver to you. We retain no rights to your translated content.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
